Every booking, regardless of path, follows the same structured approach — designed for clarity, honest fit-checking, and zero high-pressure sales.

Before Your Call

You'll receive a confirmation email immediately, and a short pre-call form to help us understand your situation before we speak. The form takes 3-5 minutes. It's optional but recommended.

During Your Call

We listen first. We'll ask real questions about where you are, what you've tried, and what you're working toward. We'll explain what we'd recommend — even if that recommendation isn't us.

- Step 03

After Your Call

You'll receive a written summary within two business days outlining what we discussed and the recommended next steps. No pressure to decide on the call. Take the time you need.

What if I'm not sure which path to choose?

Book the General Inquiry path. We'll have a flexible 20-minute conversation, figure out what you actually need, and either continue the conversation or route you to the right specialist. It's the safest choice when you're unsure.

Is The Diagnostic really $497? The others are free.

Yes. The Diagnostic is a paid, structured 90-minute deep-dive review of your full financial picture across taxes, books, systems, and credit. You receive a written roadmap. The full $497 credits toward any engagement you book within 90 days, so for committed prospects it functions as a deposit. Free consultations attract tire-kickers; paid consultations attract serious prospects. The Diagnostic is for serious prospects.

What if I miss my scheduled call?

Reach out as soon as you can — we'll reschedule. Repeated no-shows without notice may forfeit the ability to book future complimentary calls. Paid sessions (like The Diagnostic) follow their own rescheduling policy in the confirmation email.

Can I bring my spouse or business partner?

Absolutely. If your financial decisions involve another person, it's better that they're part of the conversation. Note that the additional person is joining on Zoom if you're booking remotely.

What if I just want pricing information?

Most pricing is on the relevant service pages: Tax ServicesCEO Credit ClubThe Academy. Custom pricing for engagement-level work (Foundation Year, complex bookkeeping, tax resolution) requires a conversation because the right price depends on your specific situation.

Are you accepting new clients right now?

Yes — and depending on the time of year, we may have a queue. During tax season (mid-January through April), our calendar fills quickly and new tax engagements may be subject to a waiting period. For Foundation Year and other premium engagements, we cap our active client count and may have a waitlist. Book to check current availability.
